New Zealand’s immigration department is most often the first experience immigrants have with a New Zealand government organization.   The treatment and services provided by New Zealand Immigration Service should therefore reflect a postive and helpful manner.  Information provided by the New Zealand Immigration Service should reflect knowledge of policy and cultural understanding.
