The report has aimed to identify suitable recommendations in order to ratify the inconsistency experiences by individuals when being seeking advice from New Zealand Immigration consultants.  From the understanding of the background of New Zealand’s immigrant past, and the importance of tourism and short term migrants to New Zealand the advice and assistance given by New Zealand Immigration Service, part of the Department of Labour, is incredibly important to maintain these relationships.  The recommendations provided are based on ideas either seen as applied by other governments, government agencies or different industries.  Due to the time restraint the qualitative research process has identified various media articles who expose the inconsistencies in the Immigration Services, and brief amount of statistical data on how New Zealand Immigration Service allocates spending in regard to training, as well as the satisfaction levels of immigrants who consult with New Zealand Immigration Service employees.

.

Based on these ideas the recommendation focusing on the development of the current training provided as well as how and implementation of Immigration Policy is done.  However further research, and data collection in regard to government spending and consultant satisfaction would result in a more comprehensive identification of the most suitable option.  While additional research into different countries and institutions would be beneficial in further examination of the issue.
