Kia Ora!

My name is Samir Lee, and I am currently completing a BA Honours in Spanish at the University of Auckland.  I chose to research ACC after seeing Hot Coffee at the film festival.  It’s a great documentary, about so-called ‘frivolous’ lawsuits and tort reform in the US, among other things.  New Zealand makes for an interesting counterpoint, because here we can’t sue for personal injury.

This project has been completed in partial fulfilment of the requirements for Policy 701: Policy Analysis and Evaluation.
